Important Considerations
About outdoor use
・ In the case of bad weather such as rain, snow, typhoon or other abnormal weather, if our operator determines that the equipment will be damaged, we may decide to stop our operation. In that case, we cannot accept refunds.
・ We are not responsible of noise problems with neighbors.
About loading and unloading
・ If the venue does not have an elevator, or if the parking lot and the installation location are too far apart, we will need to add staffs.
・ The customers is requested to prepare a parking space for loading and unloading equipments.
About securing power supply
・ The electricity needed for the equipments must be arranged by the organizer. A dedicated power source for the sound equipments is desirable.
・A generator is required in venue where there is no electricity or where the electricity is expected to be insufficient.
About usage time
・ It is a charge for one event at a time, within a day. Please consult us if there are two or more loading and unloading within one event.
・ If the event lasts several days with the same installation, we may offer a discount from day two (please consult us).
About wireless microphones
・ Please note that wireless microphones may be interfered depending on the environment. We are not responsible of radio wave interference.
About damage to equipment
・ If the equipment is damaged due to the customer's negligence, we will charge a repair fee until the original condition is restored.
About the dress code
・ If the dress code is specified for the event, please inform us in advance.
Regarding warranty
・ When the sound from our equipment is not delivered due to our negligence, we will guarantee up to a full refund.
Regarding charges
After confirming the quotation, if there are many changes, additional charges may be incurred.
About cancellation fee
Cancellation fee from the day before: 100%
Cancellation fee from two months ago until two days before: 50%
・ In case of cancellation regardless of the weather, the cancellation fee will occur at the above percentage.
・In case of cancellation due to an unexpected incident as a natural disaster, no cancellation fee will be charged if we reach to an agreement.
